Junior R&D Technician Elastomers
The R&D Elastomers Technician supports the development of the formulation and processing know-how of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) compounds and supports the R&D team in all activities related to research, prototyping and production of new elastomeric materials.
The resource will be involved in a training program in Italy. At the end of which, the resource will go to work at our plant in Poland.
Main Activities:
- Develop new formulations;
- Modification of existing product;
- Optimization of products and process;
- New product specifications definition;
- Stakeholder interface.
Requirements of the position:
- Master's degree in chemistry, materials science, chemical and materials engineering or similar studies;
- Good English language skills, both writing and speaking;
- Good knowledge of Office, especially Excel;
- Knowledge of thermoplastic materials (preferred);
- Knowledge of SAP (preferred);
- Availability to stay in Poland for at least 3 years;
- Availability for travel.
