INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 13 OF EUROPEAN REGULATION 679/2016
 

Dear interested person/person, who provides your personal data to Sirmax Spa, we inform you that data protection is governed by EU Regulation no. 2016/679 "General Data Protection Regulation" (i.e. GDPR). In accordance with Articles 13 and 26 of the GDPR Regulation, we therefore provide the following information:

Purpose of the processing:
Sirmax Spa will process personal data (personal data, identification data, tax data, particular categories of data) and the information that concerns you to fulfill spontaneous contact requests received through the website www.sirmax.com.
Sirmax Spa collects personal data of its customers, suppliers, employees and candidates within the purposes set out below. Sirmax Spa always provides interested parties with a complete and specific information about the processing carried out on their data by the Company, providing to request, if necessary, their consent.
If any interested parties, for any reason, contact the Company spontaneously using the appropriate form in the section sirmax.com/it/contacts or sirmax.com/it/persone/lavora-with us, Sirmax Spa may use their personal data for the following purposes:
• the provision of information on the company and the services provided;
• the request for contacts with staff of the Company for the provision of services of Sirmax Spa;
• offering or providing services or supplies to Sirmax Spa;
• the selection of spontaneous applications;
• for any other purpose requested by the data subject.

The legal basis of the processing is the execution of a pre-contractual measure or a contract, and specifically the response to requests received

Any data relating to applications not submitted through the dedicated channels will be deleted.

Methods of data processing:
The personal data provided by you will be processed in compliance with the aforementioned legislation and confidentiality obligations. Such data will be processed both with IT tools and on paper as well as on any other type of suitable media, in compliance with the security measures provided by the GDPR.

Communication and dissemination of data:
To the extent relevant to the processing purposes indicated, your personal data may be processed by the Data Controller, by specially authorized employees and by third parties in charge of the management of the site.

Rights of the interested party:
At any time you can exercise your rights against the Data Controller, pursuant to art. 15 to 22 GDPR and lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority pursuant to art. 13 par. 2 lett. d) of the GDPR.

Data storage periodr:
The data collected will be processed limited to the need to fulfill the requests submitted and for the time strictly necessary, which can be determined on the basis of the specific request. In case of requests for information that the Company does not consider to be followed up, any data of the interested parties will be deleted without delay. In the case of requests that do not result in the conclusion of contracts or agreements with the Company, the data will be processed limited to the period of evasion of the same and in any case deleted within six months , subject to the possible consent of the interested party to be contacted in the future with the aim of receiving information, newsletters or material on the initiatives related to the services of Sirmax Spa.

Withdrawal of consent:
Your consent, pursuant to art. 7 GDPR, may be revoked at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation.
